  1. dry brussel sprouts thoroughly
  2. toss brussel sprouts in olive oil and salt
  3. mix equal parts sriracha, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and a splash of oyster sauce or hoisin sauce (set aside for glaze)
  4. roast brussel sprouts in 350b degree oven for 10m
  5. slather with glaze, roast for 5m
  6. repeat step 5 until slightly burnt
