Sweet and spicy brussel sprouts. Glaze also works well with root vegetables or meat.
Ingredients
- sriracha
- apple cider vinegar
- maple syrup
- oyster sauce or hoisin sauce
- brussel sprouts
Recipe
- dry brussel sprouts thoroughly
- toss brussel sprouts in olive oil and salt
- mix equal parts sriracha, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and a splash of oyster sauce or hoisin sauce (set aside for glaze)
- roast brussel sprouts in 350b degree oven for 10m
- slather with glaze, roast for 5m
- repeat step 5 until slightly burnt
