- toast pine nuts in pan or oven
- slice avocados
- slice garlic cloves in half, rub oils into bread
- toast bread
- spread hummus on toast
- set avocado slices on top of hummus
- squeeze lemon juice on top and salt
- add drops of bruschetta on top
