Open-face sandwich with herb salad on top. Inspired by Gordon Ramsay's Anchovy Soldiers. Involving a tedious plating technique where herb leaves are individually stuck in to form an herb salad / forest.

Ingredients
- anchovies in oil
 
- smoked salmon or canned salmon or tuna
 
- bread
 
- mayo or tartar sauce
 
- capers
 
- black olives
 
- butter
 
- italian parsley
 
- dill
 
Recipe
- mix anchovies, olives, smoked salmon, 3 parts butter 1 part mayonnaise, capers and pepper in mortar and pestle, set paste aside
 
- slice crusts off bread, cut into small pieces
